Do you come to my home?

Yes. We are a fully mobile detailing service and can come to your home, driveway or workplace where access and conditions allow.

Do I need to provide water and power?

Accepted Answer

Water and electrical access are preferred for many services. If you don't have access to either, let us know before booking so we can determine whether we can accommodate the appointment.

How long does a detail take?

Accepted Answer

Most appointments take approximately 1.5–4 hours, depending on the vehicle size, selected services and condition. Heavily soiled vehicles may take longer.

Do you use steam cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Steam cleaning is used where appropriate for the material and condition of the vehicle. We don't use steam indiscriminately on every surface.

Do you shampoo and extract seats and carpets?

Accepted Answer

Yes, where appropriate. Depending on the material and condition, we may use pre-treatment, agitation, shampooing and hot-water extraction.

Can you remove pet hair?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pet hair removal is available as an add-on. The price depends on how heavily the hair is embedded throughout the vehicle.

Can you completely remove cigarette smell?

Accepted Answer

We can provide odor treatment and thoroughly clean affected areas, but severe cigarette odors can penetrate carpets, padding, headliners, HVAC systems and other materials. Complete removal cannot always be guaranteed in one service.

Does exterior detailing include polishing?

No. Our standard exterior detail is a cleaning service. Machine polishing, paint correction, oxidation removal and ceramic coating are separate services.

Does the exterior service include wax?

Accepted Answer

Spray wax/protection is included only where specified in the selected package. Traditional hand wax, machine polishing and paint correction are separate services.

Do you clean the engine bay?

Engine bay cleaning is not included in our standard detailing packages. Ask us about availability and pricing.

Can you remove stains?

Accepted Answer

We can treat many common stains, but results depend on the type of stain, fabric and how long it has been present. We cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain.

Do you detail SUVs and trucks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We detail cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, vans and other personal vehicles. Larger vehicles may have additional pricing.

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. If we have safe access to the vehicle and the required service conditions have been arranged in advance, you may not need to be present.

We primarily serve West Edmonton and surrounding communities including Lewis Farms, Secord, Granville, Rosenthal, Callingwood, Jasper Place, Terra Losa, Meadowlark, Glastonbury, West Jasper Place, Spruce Grove and nearby areas.

Yes. We can accommodate many work vehicles and commercial vehicles. Contact us with the vehicle type and we'll provide appropriate pricing.
